How I’m scaling my third business faster and smarter than ever before. Now, if you’ve been in business long enough, you know that starting a business is one thing, but scaling it efficiently is an entirely different challenge.

And after launching not one, but two, and now going into my third business, I’ve learned specifically what works, what doesn’t, and how to set things up for long term success right from the start. So in this particular episode, I’m walking you through nine key strategies I’m using this time to scale faster, avoid costly mistakes, and set myself up for sustainable success. These are the same things that when I audit someone’s business, then I help them to rebuild it up and to help them scale. And this is what I do also with my mastermind clients, my one one clients and my rev share clients. This is something that has been trialed and tested over and over. The key thing is that even though I’m going to be giving you these nine key strategies, you still have to build them around alignment.

Because if they are not in alignment for you and your business, they will not work. And that’s why I work specifically with my clients to create a personalized strategy that works for them. So before I jump into these nine strategies, if you don’t know, my third business is called the Healing center of Australia. And this is a business that my partner Grant and I are doing together because we believe heal people, hurt people, hurt people. And we also believe that there’s not enough resources or access to resources here in Australia for people to actually truly look within themselves. Yes, you can go to a psychologist or a social worker and those do great. They do great things. But that’s not always the case for what individuals, families, corporates, businesses and NGOs actually need.

So we’re going to shift things up a little bit at the Healing center of Australia. So now that you’ve got a little bit of background, a little bit of context, let’s dive into the nine key strategies I’m using to scale my third business faster. Number one, I’m leveraging my network for faster growth. One of the biggest shifts this time around, I am not doing it alone. In my previous businesses, I focused a lot on organic growth, that slow and steady growth. And does it work? Absolutely. But I’m not here for slow and steady. I’m here to accelerate. So how am I going to do this? I’m tapping into my existing network of business owners, family members, past clients, friends and strategic partners from day one. And how am I going to do this? I’m reaching out to past clients and collaborations for referrals.

I’m partnering with aligned businesses to cross promote. I’m leveraging podcasts, interviews and guest speaking to expand my reach. Scaling doesn’t have to be slow when you strategically leverage relationships. And you might be thinking, I’m new to business, I don’t know how to leverage or I don’t know anyone. I call bullsh. We all know people. So start to have conversations. Because when you have conversations, you have connections and you have connections, you have conversions. And so think about who in your family knows someone that can connect you or your friend, network or your co workers, whoever. People know, people leverage it. Investing in high Converting copy and messaging One of the biggest mistakes I made in my first businesses, not so much the second, but a little bit. No, I would say both actually. Not not investing in professional copy writers sooner this time I’m ensuring my website, my emails, my social content speak directly to my audience’s pain points and desires, which means higher conversions and less time spending convincing people to buy what I’m focusing On this time around is clear messaging that speaks to my dale clients. Two compelling sales pages that do the heavy lifting, three email sequences that nurture and convert. If you’re scaling, remember, words matter. Invest in someone to help you. The third thing that I’m really honing in on in this particular business is creating an offer suite that supports scaling. Scaling requires more than just a great service.

It needs a strategic offer suite that meets customers at different stages. This time I’m setting up my business with a clear path to growth, meaning a low barrier offer to attract new leads, a signature offer that drive consistent revenue, and a high ticket option for those who want that deeper and more hands on transformation. This structure ensures that I can serve more people without burning out. And if you’re scaling, I want you to ask yourself is your current offer suite designed for long term growth? And if it isn’t, you may want to reach out to me and get some help with that. The fourth thing that I’m doing is prioritizing brand authority with professional photos. In my opinion, gone are the days of using random stock photos or do it yourself images for any business.

This time I’ve been working with a professional brand photographer to create cohesive, high quality visuals that elevate my brand. Remember, your photos tell a story and I want mine to communicate professionalism, trust and the heart behind my business. If you’re launching something new, don’t skimp on your brand visuals. It makes a massive difference. The fifth thing that I’m doing is building a website for growth. For my first business it was like this random person who didn’t really know what they were doing, but that was all that I could afford. And I do believe in hindsight it really damaged my business. So gone are the days of doing it myself website which worked again fine at the time, but now I’m approaching it with a strategic lens. I’m ensuring that my website is optimized for user experience, Lead gen SEO, clear messaging, clear conversion pathways.

Because a website isn’t just a digital business card, it’s your online sales machine. So I’m getting it built right from the start with proper funnels and automation baked in. When people see a polished professional brand, they are also more likely to trust and buy faster. No convincing required. And this is what my website will do. And the website will then also be enhanced with those professional images that I just spoke about. The sixth thing that I’m doing is protecting my brand with trademark and legal foundations. One mistake I made and I won’t do it again is skipping on legal protection again, I wasn’t aware of what I needed to do when I had that first business. Back then I also didn’t prioritize trademarks and it left me vulnerable. This time I’ve already secured my business name, my assets and the content.

But I’ve also already secured the trademark for the Healing center of Australia and why this matters for scaling. It prevents costly rebrands down the road, it protects against copycats, and it also builds brand equity and long term credibility. Scaling is about playing the long game and that means protecting what you build the seventh thing that I’m really focusing on this time around is automating and systemizing for efficiency. Again, I didn’t know what I know now, but I do know and therefore I’m going to be you can damn well assure automating and systemizing. Again, I can’t say this enough. You can’t scale if you’re doing everything manually. You just can’t. This time I’m setting up automation and streamlined systems to free up my time and create a business that runs without me in the weeds when I’m implementing automated lead gen.

So email funnels, opt ins, retargeting ads, the client, onboarding workflows to save time and improve experience and outsource and delegating to a skilled team. If you are constantly working in your business, you cannot grow it and work on your business. So what can you be doing today to start automating our delegating? The next thing that I will be doing is hiring a team faster. One major mistake that I made in the past was waiting too long to hire. This is the eighth thing that I’m doing and this time I’m bringing in the right people from the start so I can focus on growth instead of being stuck in daily tasks. So why am I hiring faster? Faster execution things get done quicker. I also then have more energy for strategy. I can focus on revenue generating activities and also by hiring faster.

It’s a better client experience with the team in place. Place client interactions are smoother, communication is smoother, et cetera. I’m also outsourcing the skilled VAs and specialists to handle areas like admin, marketing and tech. So again if you’re scaling, stop trying to do everything yourself. The faster you build the team the faster that you can grow. Now the ninth thing that I’m going to be focusing on this time around is making sure that when we’re ready to go live that I have a multi phase launch plan. In the past I would just be like Yay, we’re opening. Do you know what I mean? But this time I’m launching with intention.

My scaling strategy includes a pre launch content which I’m constantly already doing to warm up my current audience, a launch event that I’ll also be doing to create some excitement, and I’m also going to be following up with nurture sequences to my current audience, but also to my new audience. A great launch isn’t just about the moment of selling. It’s about building anticipation, engaging and keeping momentum after that launch is over. So the ninth thing that I will really be honing in on is launching. It is so, so important. You might be thinking, ange, that’s all well and good. This is your third business. You probably have a little bit more money behind you, which I do. But the other thing is you also still have to put money out. And this is where I see businesses do it so long.

They try to just do things on a dollar budget and then they get shit because they’re not scaling fast enough. In my experience of helping thousands of women business owners around the world, I’m here to tell you those who understand good debt and bad debt, those who are prepar back themselves but not at a pace where it would ever compromise their overall family or not being able to make ends meet, and those who are willing to double down and take those risks are the ones who grow and scale faster because they understand that failure is not an option. So yes, I have money, yes, I have more knowledge than ever before, but I got that because I backed myself. I got that because I paid to work with business coaches to get me there faster. I got that because I built my network.

This isn’t something that just happened. So my final thoughts on scaling smarter and not harder. Scaling isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing less and doing things smarter. So by focusing on my network, investing in copying and messaging, building a scalable offer suite, prioritizing my brand authority, protecting my legals, automating for efficiency, launching strategically, I’m setting my business up for not only short term success, but long term sustainable success.
