​FAQs

Q1: Does my business have to be a certain size in order to get value out of the Retreat experience?

The beauty of the Finding Balance in Business Women’s Retreat is that the core work is individually driven. This retreat is about you, your vision and your goals. We’re expecting attendee who have only been in business for a few months of business and attendees who have been in business for years. The main thing is that you’re willing to connect, refocus, learn and grow.

Q2: What is included in the ticket price?

Your accommodation (shared) will be included and all your meals/snacks will be included. Please note some alcoholic beverages will be included too but a limit per night. Airfare is NOT included in your ticket price.

Q3: Do you have a ticket payment plan?

Yes, there will be ticket plans available at time of purchase. Please note the cost per ticket is slightly hire because of increased admin costs.

Q4: Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can however be transferred to another party no later then October 12th, 2018 with a transfer fee of $100 to cover admin costs.

Q5: Will there be internet access at the retreat?

Yes, there will be free internet in your room and also during the conference for you to use.

Q6: Will there be options available for those with dietary needs?

Food options will be available, but we cannot guarantee on-site options will fit all dietary needs. Attendees have the option to visit nearby restaurants during meal times if they so choose.

Q7: What airport should I fly into & will transfers be provided?

The closest airport is the Gold Coast airport. From there you can rent a car, take a taxi or UBER to the hotel however, transfers to the hotel are at the cost of the attendee.

Q8: What do I need to wear?

PLEASE wear what ever is comfortable to you. If this means you want to wear board shorts and flip flops please do. If you want to wear a designer dress please do. I simply want you to be comfortable. I would suggest bringing a jumper in the event the air con is to cold for you.

Q9: What do I need to bring?

This all depends on your learning style. If you learn better with pen and paper then bring the pen and paper. If you learn better by typing onto your laptop then bring your laptop. What ever you choose to bring it’s about you being able to be in the moment at the retreat and not getting distracted by emails etc.

Q10: Will I be photographed or filmed at the retreat?

Yes, we will be taking photos and filming all through the event and this material may be used in the future for different marketing options. If you do not want to be filmed or photographed you must advise in writing prior to the event.
